New 48″ x 40″ Block Pallets
Can be designed to industry standards, such as a Costco style, or to any specification based on your unique operational demands and budget.
New 48″ x 40″ Stringer Pallets
Can be designed to industry standards, such as a GMA style, or to any specification based on your unique operational demands and budget.
New Plywood-Top Pallets or Skids
Built to eliminate the gap between boards so that the product is protected during storage or shipment. Can be designed to have a regular deckboard bottom or no deckboards. (referred to as a skid).
Custom Designed Pallets or Skids
We can design and manufacture pallets/skids to any size and unit load requirements. This includes using new or recycled/reclaimed lumber.
Repair Lumber / Cut-Stock
We offer new lumber for your pallet repair program or shipping dunnage needs and can be cut to any length that may be needed.
New Top Frames & Caps
Protects the product in a unit load, such as corrugated box edges or glass bottles from getting damaged when shipped.
Recycled/ Refurbished Pallets
We offer a wide range or recycled and refurbished pallets, from the industry standard 48″ x 40″ #1 (Grade A) or #2 (Grade B) to the other popular sizes such as a 36″ x 36″, 40″ x 40″, and 48″ x 48″.
Custom Made Crates, Boxes, & Display Racks
We can design and manufacture custom crates and shipping containers that are tailored for any situation. We are currently building crates that measure anywhere from 2 feet to over 21 feet long! Some are made for a quick trip in state and some are made for multiple trips back and forth overseas. We also offer custom display kits to transport plants and flowers to retail stores.
